Success is a word everyone loves, but it’s not easy, to achieve success, you need to work hard and work smartly. Every startup entrepreneur works harder but still around an 80percent of the startups end up failing within the first three years. So now the question arises, they also work harder; then why do they fail?

Success in a startup is about setting your target and achieving them within the timeline. All successful people work hard, but they are not strictly working hard; along with the hard work, they are working smartly. Working smartly is a lesson no institution will teach; you have to think of yourself and learn along with the business situations.

There are so many challenges in life that only hardworking people can overcome in an actual sense. This explains why there are very few successful people in the world today.

The majority will admit, at times like that you say to yourself, “Am I the only one working this hard?” Because there’s a myth, it comes easy to some people. You turn on the TV, nobody’s working that hard. This thinking is wrong, everyone is working hard in their own field, it’s all about your vision, hard work, and little smart work that helps to Build a Successful Company.

A comedian like Kevin Hart stands up on stage and tells a few jokes. What’s hard about that? But even Kevin Hart says, “Everybody wants to be famous, but nobody wants to do the work. I live by that. You grind hard so you can play hard. You put all the work in at the end of the day, and eventually, it’ll pay off. It could be in a year; it could be in 30 years. Eventually, your hard work will pay off.” And he also says, “My goals are so high that I don’t have time to relax, in any way shape, or form.”

Work wins over talent.

Having talent is good, but if you don’t do hard work, then it’s a waste. Thee are many talented people who are just sitting and not doing anything. All people tend to underestimate work and overestimate talent.

That’s what happened to Michael Jordan when he first started playing basketball. He had the talent, but he wasn’t putting in the work, and the coach cut him from the high school basketball team. He says, “I was very disappointed. I started working on my game the day after I was cut”. And that hard work is what made him the greatest basketball player of all time. So I’d say the real gift isn’t talent, it’s the ability to work hard.

Work wins, but smart work doesn’t fail.

Some individuals argue that an individual needs to be smart and not hard-working to be successful. In fact, many successful people aren’t the smartest, and they just work the hardest. So when you’re doing your hard work, try to think smartly and get your work done. This will equalize your hard work and smart working. After your success, people can even say about your good luck but ignore them and smile. You only know how much sacrifice and hard work necessary for success.

Unfortunately, many smart people don’t achieve as much success as they could because the rest of their smart and never learn to work hard. Jeong Kim, president of Lucent Technologies, says, “People who are the smartest sometimes don’t realize their full potential because things get too easy, so they don’t push themselves hard.”

Hard-working people try to find ways of solving some of the setbacks instead of giving up. As a result, they put in more effort even when they realize that they have slim chances of winning. Overall, hard work in a company is important, stick with this formula; you will surely get success. Hard work and success come in a duo when you work towards your target goal.

Lastly,

So the bottom line is, whether you are smart or not, whether you’re talented, keep working. You will automatically learn tricks of intelligent working, but you have to start working hard from today itself.
