With Infraspeak, any user in an organization can directly report a technical failure to the relevant technicians quickly. The tool identifies and notifies the failures in an electrical system concerning type, location, equipment, or priority. They can mark these failures as ‘solved’ or otherwise assign them to the relevant person working at that location.
Founded in 2015, the startup is already working with major companies worldwide, including Siemens, Domino’s Pizza, and InterContinental Hotels, helping them run their maintenance processes more efficiently and reduce bureaucracy. Infraspeak currently has offices in Portugal, the UK, Spain, and Brazil and reports 200% year-on-year growth.
At Infraspeak, they believe in simplicity as a way of better work and life quality. A Facility Management Software should work for managers and technicians, and never the opposite. That is why their philosophy is to automate, speed up, and simplify all the processes of registering, transmission, and consulting the information. They aim to fully eliminate the use of paper and time expenses with administrative tasks, which doesn’t contribute to the success and the quality of the service they offer to their clients.
